Monogram

I got these cute letters at Hobby Lobby. I had an idea of what I wanted, but when I got them home, and started getting them decorated and cute, my sweet Hubby made a suggestion and I thought.....YES! I like that idea!!

Amost Ready~~

Well, I haven't been doing a lot of crafting lately because my daughter and sweet grandson are visiting from Florida.....But I did get started on something that I think is going to be so freakin' cute when I finish it...Hopefully I'll get it finished tonight.

I came across some pictures I had taken of some of the custom gift baskets I made when I had my little shop and thought I'd share. You can truly make anything into a Gift Basket. Mine were custom made and not one was exactly the same. Oh how I miss it!!

To my Valentine

I wanted to make something special for my sweet hubby this year. so I printed a letter I wrote to him on our anniversary. I found the perfect frame for it at the thrift store and painted it ...This is what I came up with.

Heard of Little Piggies

My wonderful Sis~in~law Diane and I made our grandkidies these darling little piggie banks. They are so dang cute. Thanks for all the fun today and the YUMMO soup for lunch Dianie!!

Diane cut the coin slots these are the ones I did. The boy piggies will each have a cute little bandanna and the little girlie piggie a bow to finish them off.

You can clearly see that Diane is the artist. These are her Darling little piggies

Valentine Basket for my grandsons

I had to make a little sumpin~sumpin for my sweet little grandsons for Valentines Day.

These turned out cuter than I had hoped.

My daughters Birthday Gift

It's my daughters 21st birthday and I wanted to make her something special. I pulled out this silver tray. I had planned to use this for something different. I was trying to decide what to make my daughter as a gift and I thought this would work perfectly for what I had pictured in my mind.

I searched for a tutorial on paper flowers and found this one that was very easy to do. Theses are the peices of paper I cut. Close up of the flower I pulled out a picture of her, one of her sweet little guy Jace and one of Jace's tiny newborn hand in hers. I had and put it all together. I didn't want to go to over the top, she likes the simple things soooo... This is what I ended up with! I LOVE IT!! I hope she does too!! It says "A Mother's Love"

Past Projects

I made these cute Valentine candy boxes for my sweet girls. I can't wait to give them to them!

I saw some Apothecary Jars someone had made. I loved them, so I went to the local thrift store and found these treasures and made my own apothecary jars....LOVE them! I am going to add a little sumthin~sumthin to them once I decide who they will be given to.

I then found these darling hot wheel travel caddy's and had to try it. I am going to make a few of these. They are quick and easy!!

This was my first attempt at a dishtowel angel. I believe I will make a bunch of these

I thought I would show a few of the things I made for Christmas. Nothing fancy but gifts I made and gave from the heart.

I saw a cookie sheet magnet note board and thought it was cute. I tweaked it and made the calendar/note boards. I LOVED making them, but they were pretty time consuming.

I used to have a little shop. I sold cute gifts and made custom gift baskets. Soooo of course I had to make up a few for Christmas. I really miss having my shop. There's nothing better than working hard for yourself.
